Welcome to Katalin's Yoga pages.

On this website you can find out more about my Yoga classes in Norwich, Norfolk. I mix different yoga traditions together. I teach Hatha, Iyengar, Viny and Vinyasa yoga during my 90 minutes group classes. I also teach private yoga sessions in Norwich and Dunston.

I am a fully qualified British Wheel of Yoga Diploma Teacher. I teach evening classes in Norwich city. I have been practicing yoga for 8 years on a regular basis. I love the human anatomy so you will hear a lot about the physical benefits of the asanas (postures).

Relaxation ought to be an important part of everyday life so we can balance out the difficult times with relaxation periods and the body can regenerate itself. Relaxation is a skill and you will develop that by experiencing different relaxation techniques.

Yoga is one of those rare things where you do not have to compete. All you should do is to work with respect to your body. Everybody progresses when attending classes on a regular basis. You will be able to improve your flexibility, strength, coordination and your balance on a physical and mental level. Regular classes can also help you to ease pain in the body.
