About Katalin

I have studied with the British Wheel of Yoga (BWY) to gain my Yoga Foundation in 2005.
I become a fully qualified BWY Teacher in June 2008. My training was a challenging 3-year course including studies of the human anatomy, physiology, Vedanta philosophy, pranayama, and meditation. During my courses I had two nationally well-known yoga tutors, Miki Marks and Charlotte Prud’Homme (DCT) to whom I am very grateful for their excellent guidance. I have been teaching yoga in Norwich since 2006 starting as a student teacher while I was studying to gain my Diploma.

I started regularly practicing yoga in 2002 when I was living in London.
I love learning and experiencing different styles and forms of yoga, which has led me to study Viny, Iyengar, and Hatha yoga. I regularly attend yoga workshops to update and extend my knowledge and experience.
