St Thomas' Hall, Norwich NR2 3RL. The Hall is on the corner of Earlham Rd and Edinburgh Rd, next to the Mitre Pub. Entry through side door. Free street parking.
Spring term 2: 22 February - 31 March £36/6 week
No classes: 15 Feb - 19 Feb '10.
If you wish to practice yoga twice a week with me you pay only £3 for your second class!
Some drop-in places (£8) available.
Please contact me before coming to yoga to check for available space!
Monday 6 - 7.20pm (Beginners) , 7.30 - 9pm (Level 2)
Wednesday 7.15 - 8.45pm (Level 2)
Level 2: The min. of 1 year regular weekly yoga practice (asana & pranayama) is required to join these classes.

What to bring:
We use non-slip yoga mat, yoga block and belt during the class. I do have some spare mats you can borrow until you get your own yoga mat. Full size block and yoga belt is supplied. You will be able to buy a yoga mat in class.
What to wear:
Make sure you wear something loose or stretchy!
We practice yoga with bare feet.
Bring a blanket with you for extra cushioning and to keep your body warm during the relaxation/meditation.
